I was in tension to extend my visa in China because my university will not allow me to extend the visa if I don't pay the tuition fees. So was going to the bank to inquiry about my money that my father has sent the money or not. I had just got out from the campus, I came out from the back side of the campus and was going to the bank. When I had reached near to a bus stop which was near to the Tonghe ICBC bank branch that time I had seen one Chinese man was beating a disable child who can not speak. That Chinese man was beating that disable child cruelly so I thought I should have one video recording of that matter so I have recorded the video. I was surprised to see that thing and I was more surprised to see that no one saying anything to that man later I had thought that I can not say anything because local people are not saying anything so how can I say something as a foreigner. Study in China: Condition of The Study Environment of China:

 

Before coming in China to Study MBBS, candidate will need to take part in Eligibility Examination. And after going back to Bangladesh candidate need to take part in Pre-Qualifying Examination. Reported in Jugantor. Date:20-9-2011

FOR FOREIGN DEGREE WHICH IS NOT RECOGNIZED BY BMDC THEN ONE NEED TO APPLY TO BMDC , TO APPLY HE OR SHE NEEDS PAPERS FROM EDUCATION MINISTRY OF CHINA (EXAMPLE) AND FROM PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT. THEN WITH ALL THE CERTIFICATES FROM THE UNIVERSITY HE OR SHE HAS TO APLLY FOR THE REGISTRATION OF BMDC. TO APPROVE ONE ALSO NEED PAPERS FROM LICENSING AUTHORITY WHO GIVES LICENSE OR REGISTRATION IN CHINA (THIS IS AN EXAMPLE, CAN BE OTHER COUNTRY ALSO).
