Disable Child in China Cruelly Beaten by a Chinese Man
I was in tension to extend my visa in China because my university will not allow me to extend the visa if I don't pay the tuition fees. So was going to the bank to inquiry about my money that my father has sent the money or not. I had just got out from the campus, I came out from the back side of the campus and was going to the bank. When I had reached near to a bus stop which was near to the Tonghe ICBC bank branch that time I had seen one Chinese man was beating a disable child who can not speak. That Chinese man was beating that disable child cruelly so I thought I should have one video recording of that matter so I have recorded the video. I was surprised to see that thing and I was more surprised to see that no one saying anything to that man later I had thought that I can not say anything because local people are not saying anything so how can I say something as a foreigner. I was feeling very bad so I nod my head to release that disable child but that Chinese man did not care my nod of head.
